Hi all Midwinter enthusiasts. First let me explain that we are not Midwinter experts, just amateur collectors. The idea of the site is to offer a useful guide to design names and approx value
where possible. All the photographs on this
site are shown with the permission of the owners and remain their property,
please respect their ownership.
A BIG THANKYOU TO EVERYONE WHO HAS CONTRIBUTED and
particular thanks to Joan & Bob who have supplied "pagefulls" of
photographs.
We would also like to acknowledge and
recommend Steven Jenkins' out-
standing book "Midwinter Pottery a revolution in British tableware" [DETAILS]
How to start
.With a bit of luck the base of your items will give you a starting point. Look to see if you can find one of the style names above on the base of your item, then click on the name. The page will show thumbnail photos of the many designs we have been able to find.
